474. Amendment of Sixth Schedule to the Companies Act

The Sixth Schedule to the Companies Act is hereby amended, by the repeal of the following:–

(a)

“Section 401 (Power of board to appoint administrator)”; and

(b)

“Section 415 (Vacancy in office of administrator)”.
