475. Amendment of Third Schedule to the Mediation Boards Act…

The Third Schedule to the Mediation Boards Act,

No. 72 of 1988 is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph 9 thereof and the substitution therefor of the following: –

“9. Actions under Parts III, IV, V or VI of the Rescue,

Rehabilitation and Insolvency (Corporate and

Personal) Act, No. 12 of 2026.”.
