10. The Fund of the Board
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Board shall have and maintain its own Fund.
(2)
There shall be paid into the Fund of the
Board—
(a)
any gifts or donations of money ;
(b)
any grant received from the Government
;
(c)
income from endowments
; and
(d)
all other moneys belonging to the Board from what-ever sources derived.
(3)
There shall be paid out of the Fund of the Board all sums of money required to defray any expenditure incurred by the Board in the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions.
(4)
The Board shall be responsible for the administration of the Fund of the Board.
