2. Establish-ment of the Sri Jayewardene-~ pura General Hospital. Board

There shall be established a Board, which shall be called “The Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital
Board” (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) for the purpose of managing and administrating the affairs of the
Sri
Jayewardenepura General
Hospital
(hereinafter referred to as the “ Hospital”),
(2)
The Board shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
