11. Saving uf the rights of the Republic aryl] others

Nothing in this Act contained shall prejudice or affect the rights of the Republic, or any body politic or cor-porate, or of any other persons except such as are men-tioned in this Act and those claiming by, from or under them,

12 In the event of any inconsistency between the

Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
