7. Rules of the Corpora-tion
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
it shall be lawful for the Council of Management from time to time at any General Meeting of the members and by the votes of two-thirds of members present and voting thereat, to make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, er any other written law in respect of all or any of the following matters :—
the admission, withdrawal or exvulsion of the memhers of the Corporation ;
the election, appointment and removal of the mem-bers of the Council of Management and the Board of Trustees ;
the duties of the Council of Management, the Board of Trustees and of the various sub-committees, office bearers and agents of the Corporation
;
the procedure to be followed the transaction of business, the custody of its funds and the mainten-ance and audit of its accounts ; and
generally for the management of the affairs of the
Corporation and for the accomplishment of its objects.
Any rule made by the Council of Management may be amended or rescinded in like manner as a rule made under subsection (14)-
All Members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules of the Corporation.
