21. Accounts and Audit
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Board shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and other transactions of the Fund.
(2)
The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the audit of the accounts of Public Corporations shall apply to the audit of the Fund.
(3)
The income and expenditure account of the Fund and the balance sheet shall be signed by two members of the Board authorised to do so by a resolution passed by the Board.
