14. Security of alrcr & Cc

The purposes to which this Part of the Act applies shall be the protection against the acts, which affect the nee safety and security of—
(a)
aircraft and of persons or property on board aircraft ;
(b)
airports and of such persons or property as are at any time present in any part of an airport or of property which forms part of an airport; and

(c)
any navigation installations which do not form part of an airport.
