5. Management of the affairs of the Corporation

The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules of the Corporation, be administered by a Board of
Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”).

The members of the Board of Trustees of the Trust holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act, shall be the members of the first
Board of Management.

The Board shall have the power to fill the vacancies that may arise due to death, incapacity or resignation of a member of the Board as provided for in the rules of the
