8. Fund of the Corporation

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)

The Corporation shall have its own fund and all moneys heretofore or hereafter to be received by way of testamentary disposition, donations, contribution and fees deposited in the name of the Corporation in one or more banks in Sri Lanka as may be decided by the Board.

(2)

There shall be paid out of the Fund all sums of money to defray any expenditure incurred by the Corporation in the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions under this Act.
