11. Replacement of section 43 of the principal enactment

Section 43 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor :—
"Authorisation,
43. (1) The Director-General of Archaeology

Provided that the Director-General of
Archaeology may at any time revoke or withdraw a
:. such authorization if in-his view the purpose and objectives thereof.are not being satisfactorily served.
The. authorization shall be in writing specifying, among other things, the objectives of the authorization, the system of supervision by
‘the Director-General of Archaeology or his nominees, the recording of procedures employed, the reporting of progress, and the writing of reports.”.
