5. Amendment of section 16 of the Principal enactment
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—
(1)
in subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words “which dates or is believed to date from a period prior to the Ist day of January, 1850, shall”, of the words “which has existed or is believed to have existed for a period of not less than hundred years, shall,” ;
(2)
in the marginal note to that section, by the substitution for the words and figures “dating to period prior to 1850”, of the words “in existence not less than hundred years”.
