72. Authority to issue guidelines relating to interim awards

The Authority shall, in consultation with the Advisory

Board, issue guidelines in relation to the following matters pertaining to interim awards under this Part of this Act:-

(a)

the form and manner of application for an interim award;

(b)

the time within which an application may be made for the payment of an interim award;

(c)

the circumstances under which an interim award may be paid;

(d)

the procedure and manner of payment of an interim award;

(e)

the conditions under which an interim award may be made;

(f)

the circumstances under which an interim award may be repaid;

(g)

the procedure for repayment of an interim award;

and

(h)

the circumstances under which an interim award may be withheld or the amount of award reduced.
