65. Provisions of this Part of this Act to prevail over any other law

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Part of this Act, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Part of this Act and the provisions of the

Banking Act, the Monetary Law Act, the Finance Business

Act, the Companies Act, or any other written law relating to insolvency of companies for the time being in force, the provisions of this Part of this Act shall prevail.
