34. Refusal and revocation of approval &c,

(1)

Where under this Act or any regulation made thereunder any person has power to grant approval, he may, in his discretion—

(a)

insert such conditions therein as he may consider expedient;

(b)

refuse to grant or revoke the approval.

(2)

Every decision under this section shall be subject to an appeal to the Minister.

(3)

This section applies to a permit, authority, authorization or certificate in like manner as it applies to a license, and applies to any entity in like manner as it applies to a person.
