163. Judges of Supreme Court and High Court to cease to hold office

All Judges of the Supreme Court and the

High Courts established by the Administration of Justice

Law, No.44 of 1973, holding office on the day immediately before the commencement of the Constitution shall, on the commencement of the Constitution, cease to hold office.
