5. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the other provisions of this Act and the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation be administered by a Committee of
Management consisting of the President. the Vice President, the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary, the Treasurer and not less than six other members elected in accordance with such rules.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in subsection (1) of this section Ven. Aluthwewa Soratha shall be the
President of the Corporation.
The first Committee of Management of the
Corporation shall consist of the members of the Committee of Management of the Foundation, holding office on the day immediately preceding the date of the commencement of this
Act.
