6. Rules of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
It shall be lawful for the Corporat'on, from time to time, at any general meeting and by majority of not less than two thirds of the members present and voting to make rules, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any other written law, on all or any of the following matters :—
the classification of membership and the admission, withdrawal or expulsion of members ;
the election of the office-bearers, the resignation from, or vacation of or removal from office of office-bearers and their powers, conduct and duties ;
the election of the members of the Committee of
Management and its powers, conduct and duties and the terms of office of members of the Committee of
Management ;
the powers, conduct, duties and functions of the officers, agents and servants of the Corporation ;

the procedure to be observed for the summoning and holding of mecting of the Committee of
Management, the times, place, notices and agenda of such meeting, the quorum therefor and the conduct of business thercat ;
the administration and management of the property of the Corporation, the custody of its funds, and the maintenance and audit of its accounts ; and
gencrally, for the management of the affairs of the
Corporation and the accomplishment of its objects.
Any rule made by the Corporation may be amended, altered, added to or rescinded at a like mecting and in like manner as a rule made under subsection (1).
The members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.
