2. Establishment of the Mahanuwara™ Esala -° > Perahera. ~ Trust

There shall be established a Trust which shall be called “the Mahanuwara Esala Perahera Trust” (herein-after referred to as the Trust ”) for the purposes of achieving the objects specified in section 6.
(2)
The Trust shall by the name assigned to it by sub-section (1) be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
