7. Amendment of section 15 of the principal enactment

Section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(a)

in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words “Where the appointed member”, of the words “Where an appointed member”;

(b)

in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words “to be the appointed member”, of the words “to be an appointed member.”.
