62. Amendment of section 215B of the principal enactment

Section 215B of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for all the words from , “be liable to imprisonment” to the end of that section, of the words “be liable to a fine not less than five thousand rupees and not exceeding ten thousand rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months.”.
