10. Amendment of section 21 of the principal. enactment,

Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby amend-ed by the substitution in subsections (1), (2) and.-{3). of that section, for the words “an Assistant-Dtrector”, wherever those words appear in those subsections of the words “any Deputy Director”.
