11. The quorum at the meetings of the Board

(1)

The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be four.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the procedure for the transaction of business at meetings of the Board shall be determined by the Board.

(3)

Any question arising at any meeting of the Board shall be determined by a majority of the members present and in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairperson shall have a second or casting vote.

(4)

The Board may act notwithstanding a vacancy in the

Board so long as the number of members of the Board is sufﬁ cient to constitute a quorum for a meeting of the Board.
