3. Amendment of section 238 of the principal enactment

Section 238 of the principal enactment as amended by
Act No. 56 of 1988 is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (c) of that subsection, for the words “period of twelve months”, of the words “period of three years”.
