2. Establishment of the National Institute of Co-operative Development,

There shall be established an Institute called the
National Institute of Co-operative Development (hereinafter referred to as the ‘“‘Institute”).
(2)
The Institute shall by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
