s 1Short title and date of operation

This Act may be cited as the National Institute of Co-operative Development (Incorporation) Act, No. 1 of 2001

and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may appoint, by Order published in the Gazette (hereinafter teferred to as the “appointed date”).
