10. Board of Management to function notwithstanding any vacancy

The Board of Management may function notwithstanding any vacancy among its members and no act or proceeding of the Board of Management shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy in the Board of Management or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof.
Seal of the Institute.
Il. The seal of the Institute—
{a) shall be in the custody of such person or persons as the Board of Management may determine from time to time ;
may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Management ; and

shall not be affixed to any instrument or document except in the presence of two members of the Board of Management who shall sign the instrument or document in token of their presence.
