Part I · Establishment of the Authority

11. The Seal

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)

The seal of the Authority shall be as determined by the Authority.

(2)

The seal of the Authority -

(a)

may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Authority;

(b)

shall be in the custody of such person or persons as the Authority may, determine;

(c)

shall not be affixed to any instrument or document without the sanction of the Authority and except in the presence of two members of the Authority, both of whom shall sign the instrument or document in token of their presence.

(3)

The Authority shall maintain a register of documents to which the seal of the Authority has been affixed.
