17. Delegation of powers, duties and functions
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The Authority. may by order delegate any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act to any Govern-ment department, public corporaton or local authority, or to any Working Committée established by the. Authority.
An order made under subsection (1) may 'be revoked or varied at any time by the Authority.

An order under subsection (1) shall not be made by the Authority—

‘in respeet of any Government department, except
.
with-the concurrence of the Minister in charge of such Government department
;
in respect of any public corporation, except with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of such public corporation ; and
in respect of any local authority, except with the con-currence of the Minister in charge of the subject of
Local Government.
