11. Procedure for amendment of Tules
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
No rule in the Schedule to this Act nor any rule which may hereafter be passed shall be altered, amended, added to or rescinded, except by a vote of two-thirds of the members present and voting at a general meeting specially summoned for the purpose and unless—
such alteration, addition, amendment or rescission shall have been previously approved by the
Committee of Management ; and
in the case of any alteration, addition, amendment or cancellation of a rule relating to the exercise of any power, duty or function by the Board of Gover-nors, such alteration, addition, amendment or rescission shall also have been previously approved by the Board of Governors.
