12. Remuneration of Directors

Until the First Annual General Meeting is held under section 10 of this Act, the directors may be paid such remuneration out of the funds of the Bank as may be determined by the Minister. Thereafter the remuneration to be paid to the directors shall be as determined by the shareholders of the
Bank at every Annual General Meeting.
