17. Seal of the Bank
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The seal of the Bank shall be in the custody of the
Chairman or any other officer authorised by him.
(2)
The seal of the Bank may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Board.
(3)
The seal of the Bank shall not be affixed to any instrumentexcept in the presence of two directors of the Board or one director of the Board and the General Manager, both of whom shall sign the instrument in token of their presence.
