22. Entering
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Where any person whose name is deleted from any register as he is subject to the incapacity of being registered as an elector by reason of any of the provisions of paragraphs deleted from register.
, (f), (g), (h) (i) and (j) of Article 89 of the Constitu-tion, ceases to be subject to that incapacity, then, if he makes a written application to the registering officer of any elec-toral district to have his name entered in the register for that electoral district and such registering officer is satisfied that such person is not disqualified to have his name entered in such register, the name of such person shall] be entered ~
in such register. The entry of such name in such register shall have effect notwithstanding that at the time of such entry the preparation, revision or certification of such regis-ter under this Act may have been completed.
