22. Claimant aggrieved may make an appeal to District Court

Any ctaimant aggrieved by any Declaration of the
Commissioner of Title Settlement under section 14 may prefer an appeal against such declaration within the prescribed period to the District Court having jurisdiction over the area where the land parcel is situate.
