40. Who may present instrument for registration,

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)

An instrument for conveying interest in a land parce! may be presented for title registration under this Act to the Registrar of Tithe by—

(a)

any person claiming any interest or benefit thereunder

;

(5)

any person having any interest in or charge on any land affected thereby ; or

(c)

any person attesting such instrument.

Form of instruments.

(2)

An. instrument may be presented for registration through post or under cover if it is accompained by the appropriate fee, if any.
