43. relating to a land parcel
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Every instrument conveying title or any interest ina land parcel presented for registration under this Act shall be effected in the form prescribed for that purpose.
instrument
“instrument” means a document having the effect of conveying title to and interest in any land parcel in the prescribed form.
Instruments prepared under the provisions of subsection (1) shall be signed by the parties to the transaction and two witnesses and attested by a Notary Public, and in the case of State land, by a Notary Public or by any public officer authorised to do so, by or under any law.

“land” includes land covered with water, and any benefit arising out of any land, ail things attached to the earth or permanently fastened thereto;
