59. Where Court orders rectification
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Subject to section 60, a Court may order rectification of the Register where it is satisfied that any registration has been obtained by fraud:
Provided however, that a Court shall not order the rectification of a register so as to affect the title of a registered owner who is in possession and who has acquired the land parcel or interest therein for valuable consideration, unless such owner was a party to such fraud.

“owner” means— (a) inrelation toa land parcel the person named in the Title Register as the owner thereof, and; (b) in relation to an interest in a land parcel, the person named in the register as the person in whose favour the interest is registered;
