No suitor prosecution shall lie against any officer or-cinployee of the Departments’ of the Commissioner of the

Tithe Settlement, the Surveyor-General or the Registrar-General of Title for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by him in the exercise of his powers or the performance of his duties under this Act.
