83. Renewal of a registration granted to a broker

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

The certificate of registration issued to a broker may be renewed annually on an application being made in that behalf to the Board and such application shall be accompanied by —

(a)

a professional indemnity policy of insurance for the ensuing period in such form and for such amount as may be determined by the Board ;

(b)

a statement of business transacted in the preceding financial year ;

(c)

a renewal fee as determined by the Board in respect of such renewal ; and

(d)

such other documents as may be required by the

Board.
