Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, including the Employees Provident Fund Act, No. 15 of 1958, the Employees Trust Fund Act, No. 46 of 1980 and the

Payment of Gratuity Act, No. 12 of 1983, an administrator or liquidator shall not be held criminally liable for matters pertaining to the non-payment of employee provident fund dues, employee trust fund dues and statutory gratuity payments.
