10. Cancellation of registration,
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The Director may cancel a registration issued under this Act, if he is satisfied that the seed handler to whom the registration relates —
seed handler
“seed handler” means any person who as producer, importer, distributor, conditioner, repackager. agent. or retailer is responsible for causing a seed to be placed in the market in Sri Lanka:
has contravened any term or condition subject to which such registration was issued :
has failed to carry out any directions given along with such registration ; and
has committed any offence under this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
Notice of cancellation shall be communicated in writing lo the registered seed handler.
Any person who is aggricved by the decision of the
Director —
refusing a registration ;
refusing the renewal of a registration ; or
cancelling a registration, may within thirty days of the communication of such decision to him, appeal in writing against such decision to the Secretary giving grounds for such appeal, and the appeal shall be decided by the Appcals Panel appointed under section 15.
