12. Amendment of section 63 of the principal enactment

Section 63 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for all the words from “one thousand rupees” to the end of that section, of the words

“twenty five thousand rupees and to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding two years. ”.
