3. Amendment of section 27 of the principal enactment

Section 27 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(a)

by the renumbering of that section as subsection (1) of that section; and

Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment

(b)

by the addition immediately after renumbered subsection (1) of the following new subsection:—

“(2) No licence shall be issued in terms of the provisions of this Act, if the applicant is at the time of making the application for a licence, already holding a licence issued under the Act.”.
