vable the trustees shall perform their duties and discharge their functions in accordance with the rules of the Corpora-tion. Every Trustee shall hold office for three years from election untill resignation or removal by a decision of the majority of the Trustees.
The members of the first Boad of Trustees shall be the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule to this
Act.
Where any Trustee dies or resigns or is removed from ofiice or his term of office expires, his successor shall be elected by the remaining Trustees from among the members of the
Council of the
Corporation who have completed not less than five years of membership.
A member of the Board of Trustees shall be eligible for re-appointment.
The quorum for a meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be three.
