7. Rules of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
It shall be lawful for the Corporation from time, to time at any Annual General Meeting or at a Special
General Meeting to make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any other written law for all or any of the following matters :—
the classification of membership and the admission, withdrawal, expulsion of members
;
the election of the office bearers who shall be a
President, two Vice-Presidents, a Treasurer, an assistant treasurer, two Secretaries, an assistant
Secretary, twc
[Editors of transactions and
Members of the Council
;
the election of the Board of Trustees and their powers, conduct and duties
;
the powers, conduct, duties and functions of various officers, agents and servents of the Cor-poration
;
(e} the procedure to be observed at meetings of the Council and the Board of Trustees the summon-ing and holding of meetings of the Council and the Board of Trustees, the times, places, notices and agenda of such meetings, the quorum therefore and the conduct of business thereat

‘{f) the administration and management of the property of the Corporation, the custody of its funds ana the maintenance and audit of its accounts sand
generally the management of the affairs of the
Corporation and the accomplishment of its objects.
Any rule made by the Corporation may be amended, altered, added to or rescinded at a like meeting and in like manner as laid down under subsection (1).
The members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules of the Corporation.
