10. Fund of the Foundation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The Foundation shall have its own fund.
(hereinafter called and referred to as the “Fund”).
There shalt be credited to the Fund—
all such sums of money as may be received by the
Foundation in the exercise, discharge and performance of its powers, functions and duties under this Act ; and
all such sums of money as may be received by the
Foundation, by way of loans, donations, gifts or grants

from any source, whether in Sri Lanka or abroad; and
all such sums of money as may be voted from time to time by the Parliament for the use of the Foundation.
There shall be paid out of the Fund of the Foundation—
all such sums of money as are required to defray any expenditure incurred by the Foundation in the exercise, discharge and performance of its powers, duties and functions under this Act; and
all such sums of money as are required to be paid out of such Fund, by or under this Act.
41.
The Board to cause proper books of accounts to be kept
The Board shail cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and all other transactions of the Foundation.
The financial year of the Foundation shall be the calendar year.
Article 154 of the Constitution shall apply to the audit of the accounts of the Foundation.
