2. Establishment o the Vijaya Kumaratunga Memorial Foundation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

There shall be established a Foundation, in order to perpetuate the memory of the late Mr. Vijaya Kumaratunga, to be called “The Vijaya Kumaratunga Memorial Foundation”
(hereinafter in this Act referred to as the “Foundation”.)
(2)
The Foundation shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
