12. Board of Inquiry to inquire and report
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Where a matter is referred to a Board of Inquiry under section 10, such Board shall inquire and report on such matter to the Minister.
The procedure for the hearing and disposal of any matter referred to such Board shall be in accordance with the regulations made in that behalf.
Such Board shall submit the report on its findings to the Minister within fourteen days after the conclusion of the inquiry.
18.
Powers of Board of Inquiry
For the purpose of an inquiry under section 12, a
Board of Inquiry shall have the power—
to summon and compel the attendance of witnesses ;
to compel the production of documents
;
to administer any oath or affirmation to any person.
