31. Bills of Exchange and promissory

A bill of exchange or promissory note shall be deemed to have been made, executed or endorsed on behalf of the Corporation, if made, executed or endorsed in the name of, or on behalf, or on account of, the Corporation by any person duly authorised thereto as hereinafter provided.
