39. No writ to issue against person or property of a member of the Institute,
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
No writ against person or property shall be issued against any member of the Board or member of the academic staff or any officer or servant of the Institute in any action brought against the Institute.
